We're the Konya Advisory Group — a team of Agile Coaches, Release Train Engineers, and Transformation Leads with over 40 years of combined experience driving organizational change at scale.
Our team is made up of former directors, engineering leads, QA leads, product leads, and VPs who've lived the work from the inside. Our careers span from Business Analyst to Global Agile Lead, with hands-on delivery roles at BCG, T-Mobile, HealthEquity, US Bank, Equifax, and Tandem Healthcare. Before entering tech, our founder worked her way up from the floor to management in several hospitality industries — an experience that gave her an uncommon ability to lead under pressure, manage diverse teams, and connect with people at every level of an organization.
We've led SAFe implementations, coached cross-functional teams through complex delivery programs, and helped senior leaders rethink how their organizations build and ship. Where skill gaps exist, we bring in specialized talent to fill them. We bring structure without rigidity, urgency without chaos, and a bias for outcomes over ceremony.
